With engineering vessel as the carrier, ZTPM Marine Deep Cement Mixing Piling Machine is widely used in offshore engineering such as port wharf, bulwark, revetment, manual sea reclamation etc., which is special equipment for underwater foundation reinforcement. The piling machine mainly consists of pile frame and A-frame. To meet the requirements of hydraulic structure with cast-in-place piling in different pitches, 3 sets of 1.3m 4-shaft deep cement mixing machines can be installed, of which the pile frame in the middle part are stationary with transverse adjustment unavailable, which is not the case for two other pile frames on both sides, for which the range of transverse adjustment is 3600mm~6000mm, pitch of transverse adjustment is 400mm; four-shaft one-spray reinforcement technology is adopted for all three pile frames; this technology functions to adjust dispersion of built pile, to allow deeper reinforcement treatment of each pile frame and more number of built piles at one time.
