ZTP Marine Pile Driver is a large-scale special equipment designed for adapting to the requirements for offshore piling operations, which mainly consists of pile frame, holder, main hoisting mechanism, auxiliary hoisting mechanism, oil cylinder luffing mechanism, diesel hammer mechanism, electric system and safety system. Main structure of pile holder is a triangular truss, two front hinges below pile holder are connected with hinged support of the vessel, rear hinge is connected with the hinge of piston rod of luffing oil cylinder. The piling machine moves whole pile holder in different amplitude via the operation of luffing oil cylinder, to cater piling operation at -18.5°～+18.5°angles. To adapt to towing operation, pile driver changes the pile frame to -70°and resting on the holder via the operation of luffing oil cylinder and hinge-changing support structure, to allow the whole vessel meeting design navigation height.
